Basics of Craps
Craps is the one of the most exciting and fast game iin casino. It is available to play in online casinos. You can find craps game in most online casinos. Rushmore US or EU casino is available to play craps.
he player must handle the dice with one hand only when throwing and the dice must hit the walls on the opposite end of the table. In the event that one or both dice are thrown off the table, they must be inspected (usually by the stickman) before putting them back into play.

The craps table can accommodate up to about 20 players, who each get a round of throws or at ’shooting’ the dice. If you don’t want to throw the dice, you can bet on the thrower. Several types of bets can be made on the table action. The casino crew consist of a stickman, boxman and two dealers.

The first roll of the dice in a betting round is called the Come Out roll – a new game in Craps begins with the Come Out roll. A Come Out roll can be made only when the previous shooter fails to make a winning roll, that is, fails to make the Point or seven out.

A new game then begins with a new shooter. If the current shooter does make his Point, the dice are returned to him and he then begins the new Come Out roll. This is a continuation of that shooter’s roll, although technically, the Come Out roll identifies a new game about to begin.

When the shooter fails to make his or her Point, the dice are then offered to the next player for a new Come Out roll and the game continues in the same manner. The new shooter will be the person directly next to the left of the previous shooter – so the game moves in a clockwise fashion around the craps table.

The dice are rolled across the craps table layout. The layout is divided into three areas – two side areas separated by a center one. Each side area is the mirror reflection of the other and contains the following: Pass and Don’t Pass line bets, Come and Don’t Come bets, Odds bet, Place bets and Field bets. The center area is shared by both side areas and contains the Proposition bets.

Pass bets win when the come out roll is 7 or 11, while pass bets lose when the come out roll is 2, 3, or 12. Don’t bets lose when the come out roll is 7 or 11, and don’t bets win when the come out roll is 2 or 3. Don’t bets tie when the come out roll is 12 (2 in some casinos; the ‘Bar’ roll on the layout indicates which roll is treated as a tie).

Passline Bet
A simple passline bet works like this. You place your bet on the passline before a new shooter begins his roll. This is known as the come out roll. If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 you win. If the shooter rolls a 2, 3 or 12, you lose. If the shooter rolls any other number, that number becomes the point number. The shooter must roll that number again before a seven is rolled. If that happens, you win even money for your passline bet. If a seven is rolled before the point number is rolled again, you lose.

Example
A new shooter rolls the dice for the first time and they land on a 4 and a 2. The total is six, which becomes the “Point.” The dealers places a marker that looks like a hockey puck on the number 6 on the craps layout. The shooter must now roll a six before he rolls a 7. If he rolls the six, the passline bet wins and the shooter rolls again. This is a new comeout roll and the same procedure applies as the first time the shooter rolled the dice.

If the shooter rolls a seven before the six the pass line bet loses and the dice are passed to the next shooter.

Odds Bet
Once the point is established the bettor can make an additional bet behind the passline bet. This is known as the “Odds Bet.” It is the only bet in the casino that does not have a house edge as it is paid off with true odds.

Most casinos offer double odds, which means you can make a bet twice the size of your pass line bet. If you passline bet is $5 you are allowed to make an odds bet of $10.

The odds bet is paid as following:
If the point is 4 or 10 it pays 2 to 1
If the point is 5 or 9 it pays 3 to 2
If the point is 6 or 8 it pays 6 to 5.

A passline bet is the simplest bet you can make on at the craps table and it will get you on your way to playing this exciting game.

Omaha Poker Rules

27 11 2008

Omaha PokerOmaha poker is a fun variation of poker, which is somewhat similar to Texas Hold’em. In this version, the player must use three community cards and their two hole cards to make the best hand possible. Players will receive four hole cards, which are kept to hidden from the other players until the showdown. There are also five community cards, which are used to complete the hands of every player at the table.

There are four rounds of betting, giving players the chance to stay in the game or fold. At a live table, the dealer is the starting point for play, however as there is no dealer in online poker, the dealer button represents the starting point. The player to the left of the dealer starts play and it continues clockwise around the table.

Keno Rules

Keno RulesKeno is such a popular and exciting pastime because it offers the possibility of winning spectacular payouts on relatively small wagers. Keno can usually be played in the keno lounge, in most dining areas, or at portable keno stations on the casino floor. If players wish to play keno outside of the lounge area, keno runners circulate the casino ready to place wagers, and numerous television monitors keep players informed of the winning numbers.

The keno numbers are printed on 80 individual ping-pong balls, which are either spun around in a wire bird cage, or blown around in a large clear plastic sphere. As each ball is selected, the winning number is electronically highlighted on the keno boards throughout the casino. The house draws 20 numbers out of the field of 80. Players can choose as few as one number or as many as 15. To place bets, a keno ticket, which has boxes for all 80 numbers must be filled out. The casino provides a keno crayon, which is used to mark down the selected numbers.

PLAYING OPTIONS
A ticket can be marked with individual numbers creating a straight keno ticket, or with a group of numbers that give a better chance of winning. These are called way and combination tickets. A way ticket allows players to group different numbers (each group containing the same amount of numbers) to create more than one way to win. Players are given credit for hitting all three numbers if any one of the group hits. A combination way ticket is one in which groups of numbers are bet several different ways, allowing money to be sprinkled over more combinations. Many experienced keno players will use these methods for a wider selection of numbers with a lower minimum wager, and a better chance to win.

Craps Rules

Craps Rules Casino Craps (or Bank Craps), a dice game, is one of the most exciting casino games. It is common to hear yelling and shouting at a craps table. It is played on a purpose-built table and two dice are used. The dice are made after very strict standards and are routinely inspected for any damage. As a matter of course, the dice are replaced with new ones after about eight hours of use, and casinos have implemented rules in the way a player handles them.

The player must handle the dice with one hand only when throwing and the dice must hit the walls on the opposite end of the table. In the event that one or both dice are thrown off the table, they must be inspected (usually by the stickman) before putting them back into play.

Baccarat Rules

Baccarat ChipsBanker vs. Player

Regardless of how many people are playing, only two hands are dealt. One is designated the banker hand, the other is the player hand. Any customer may bet on either hand, with the exception that the customer holding the shoe in the full-scale game must either bet banker or pass the shoe. Do not think of the bank hand as belonging to the house or the player hand belonging to the bettor. To avoid confusion, we’ll refer to baccarat “bettors” or “customers” rather than “players.”

The Play

In full-scale baccarat, the bettor holding the shoe slides one card out and passes it facedown to the stand-up dealer, who passes it to the customer with the largest player bet. The next card, the first of the banker hand, is placed next to the shoe. The bettor then deals another player card, then the second banker card. The dealer calls for the player hand, and the customer with the largest player bet first looks at the cards, then gives them to the dealer. The dealer turns the cards faceup and announces the point total. Then the dealer calls for the banker hand, and the shoe holder looks at the cards and gives them to the dealer. If the player total requires a draw, the dealer will say, “Card for the player,” and the shoe holder will pass a card to the dealer, who will pass it to the player-bettor, who looks at it and passes it back to the dealer, who turns it faceup. Finally, if the banker requires a card, the dealer will call, “Card for the bank,” and repeat the process with the shoe holder.

Blackjack Rules

Blackjack!

After the first cards have been dealt, each player chooses either to HIT (get another card) or to STAND (to get no more cards, in such case the value the player has will be competing with the dealer’s hand).

All the players have played their hands, and then the dealer plays his hand out. There are strict fixed blackjack rules which do not allow the dealer to make his own decisions. One of the most important blackjack rules concerns the value of 17. This means that the dealer should draw cards until his hand reaches the value of 17 or above. Most of the time, these blackjack rules are written on the felt, saying “the Dealer Must Stand On All 17’s”.
Card Values according to Blackjack rules

* ACE – either 1 OR 11.
* 2 to 9 – values are as indicated.
* 10’s & Face cards – stand for the value of 10.

No priority is given to suits of the cards.
BLACKJACK (a NATURAL, a Natural 21) is a two card hand consisting of an Ace and a card with the value 10.
Natural beats a 3 card hand with the value of 21 (a total 21).
